Now a prize-winning bodybuilder and fitness coach, a Hamilton woman who drastically turned her life around hopes to spark inspiration in others.
Tee Winiata won two firsts and two seconds in four categories at the ICN Bikini Nationals in October — her first year competing.
Her lifestyle used to be completely opposite to her current health-focused way of living, she said.
