About ICN NZ

(L-R) Andy McDonell, Tony Lanciano (ICN Australia President) & Brenda McDonell

The Faces Behind ICN NZ

In 2019 Brenda and Andy McDonell were appointed as promoters and President and Vice President for ICN New Zealand. Both have had a long association with bodybuilding over a 30-year period – Brenda as a competitor, judge and volunteer and Andy as a supportive and caring partner to a competitive bodybuilder (not an easy task).

Andy has also supported many others who are part of the bodybuilding scene in New Zealand. In 2019 Andy was Team Manager at the ICN World Champs in Melbourne doing an excellent job. He has lived through many competition preps, posing practices and bodybuilding shows and although he hasn’t competed himself, he has an excellent understanding of the joys and challenges of the sport. Both Andy and Brenda are passionate about drug-free bodybuilding and excited by the platform ICN Worldwide provides for natural competitors. They are looking forward to bringing this platform to New Zealand and equally excited about supporting our natural competitors to compete around the World.
