First-timer means you have never entered a bodybuilding competition before in any federation. You may be a First Timer in multiple divisions, provided you have never competed before for any federation.
Age groups include 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+ and 70+ classes in several divisions.
All age groups are not guaranteed at every competition, and ICN reserves the right to combine age groups. You must be of the age or older to enter an age group class; for example, you must be 30 years or older to enter 30+.
U21s, you must be 21 years or younger to enter this class.
Open is the class all competitors should strive to reach. This is the highest level of any amateur division. If you have competed regularly as an Open competitor in a division before, in any federation, we suggest you enter Open.
Novice means you have not won (placed first) as an Open competitor or previously won an Overall title in that division in an ICN competition. An exception will be made if you place first in a small Open class, i.e. one or two competitors.
When entering, please remember that a Novice is relatively new to competing. If you have been competing for several years, or you regularly enter the Open division of other federations and have won either Open or Overall titles in other federations, we encourage you to enter the Open class in ICN NZ competitions.
Simple, you must be a Mother. No restrictions on age of children for this event.
ICN NZ will offer first place getters in all Classes the opportunity to compete for the Overall Title in the following divisions: Ms Bikini, Ms Sport Model, Ms Fitness Model, Ms Figure, Women’s Bodybuilding, Ms Wellness, Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique and Men’s Fitness. Overall titles for Ms Classic Figure and Ms Swimsuit Model will be offered at Nationals only.
