I began my bodybuilding journey in 2021, which has been a transformative experience. That year, I competed at the ICN Nationals, earning my Pro Card in the Sports Model category.
In 2022, I took the stage at the ICN Oceania Championships in Australia, securing my Pro Card in Fitness Model and competing in the Pro Show the very same night. After a dedicated build phase, I returned to compete at ICN World’s in Australia in 2024, where I placed first in a class of eight exceptional athletes. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of trusting my coach—even during moments of self-doubt—and keeping my mind open to guidance and growth.
My 3 Tips for Becoming a pro
- Think, act, and train like a pro: This includes taking rest seriously, listening to insightful podcasts, and taking notes to continuously improve.
- Practice posing daily: It’s more important than you think. Posing is vital to presenting your best self on stage.
- Embrace feedback: Bodybuilding is subjective, not judgmental. Feedback is a tool for growth. If the advice is to grow, then dedicate yourself to the process—knowing that a build phase will only make you stronger and better.
