Bio:
Hi! I’m Grace, and I’m an ICN Wellness PRO.
From first timer to pro in the space of 3 months, my first season of competing in 2025 was nothing short of incredible.
I wanted to compete for years, but it wasn’t until 2024 that I began the process of an off-season with my coach before prepping and getting on stage in 2025.
In 2025, I made my debut at the ICN South Island Classic Show, taking out first place in wellness and receiving my PQ card. I then competed at the ICN National Show, where I received my PRO card. Then I completed my season by entering my first pro show at the ICN Oceania competition in NZ.
Short but sweet, my experience has exceeded all expectations and more. I have a strong passion for setting goals and following through on them. The ICN community is a family, and I couldn’t have had a better first experience!
My advice for those wanting to become a pro:
Act like a Pro: The first step to getting where you want to be is to step into the shoes as if you already are. Training, fuelling and recovering like a pro!
Understand what is required: Do your research! Bodybuilding is a huge commitment in your life; you need to make sure you can commit to the process and lifestyle first
Practice posing: Especially if you don’t have a dance background, posing is an art, and it takes time!
