I’m Sina!
I started my journey with ICN in 2022, where I won the Overall Fitness Model title at my very first show at GLC. That same year, I achieved an incredible milestone by earning my ICN Pro Card at the Nationals.
Before joining ICN, I competed with another federation for a few years, achieving several podium placings.
After earning my Pro Card, I stepped onto the Pro stage at the ICN Oceanias in Melbourne in 2023, where I won the prestigious ICN Pro Oceania Title. Later that year, I travelled to Bali and competed in the ICN International Pro League, earning an incredible 3rd place.
In 2024, I competed at the ICN Pro Worlds, placing 2nd among a highly competitive lineup of amazing athletes. It was an unforgettable experience and a testament to the growth I’ve achieved as an athlete.
I love the discipline, dedication, and commitment that competition prep requires and how it challenges me to grow both physically and mentally.
Now, my passion lies in helping others achieve their goals through fitness and posing coaching. I’ve also stepped into the role of an ICN judge, which gives me a unique perspective—having experienced both sides on stage and the judging panel.
A Few Fun Facts About Me:
• I love mountain biking and climbing just as much as lifting weights.
• One of my biggest passions is designing stage posing routines for bodybuilding competitions.
• I’m a big fan of experimenting with high-protein, healthy recipes.
My Top 3 Tips for Those Wanting to Become a Pro
- Make It a Lifestyle: If you’re serious about bodybuilding and earning your Pro Card, your lifestyle needs to reflect that commitment. Training and nutrition must be a priority, which often means making sacrifices—like sticking to your meal plan even when socialising. Consistency is key, so you need to be disciplined and fully dedicated to your goals.
- Embrace Feedback and Improve: After each show, whether you win or not, seek constructive feedback. Instead of focusing on why you didn’t place as desired, ask what you can improve. Use that feedback to guide your progress and go all-in on addressing those areas. Progress comes from constant learning and refining your craft.
- Think and Act Like a Pro: Being a Pro is about more than just training and nutrition—Prioritise recovery whether that’s regular massages, rest days or rehab for any areas that need attention. Take the right supplements, build a strong relationship with a trusted coach (give them time to understand your body—it’s a process!), and most importantly, train your mind.
In today’s world of social media, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with conflicting information. Stay focused on your goals, focus on what you need to do to achieve them and trust your coach. I also found that mindfulness, visualisation techniques, and journaling have helped me stay connected to my purpose and vision.
